• Violations:
1) Injured and wounded:
*Sakhour: a number of people were injured by the shelling at dawn.
*Qadee Askar: 2 were injured when an artillery shell fell on a residential house in the morning.
*Bustan al-Qasr: 2 were injured near the Garage crossing due to violent clashes between the revolutionaries and Assad’s militia.
*New Aleppo [Halab al-Jadida]: 2 were injured when a shell fell in the late afternoon.
*Ma’adee: people were injured when an artillery shell fell in the evening.
*Aleppo countryside - Kafrnaha: 3 were injured, one of whom was critically wounded, by explosive TNT barrel shelling from warplanes that targeted a carpet factory in the late afternoon.
2) Old Aleppo - Umawee mosque: the mosque was targeted with tanks and artillery at dawn. Shelling of the mosque was renewed in the evening.
3) Naqareen: fires spread in the factories of the area due to the violent artillery and warplane shelling.
4) Old Aleppo: Assad’s militia burned a building in which they were stationed before they had to withdraw due to the violent clashes with revolutionaries.
5) New Aleppo [Halab al-Jadida]: fires spread in a residential building near Iman mosque in the north of the district in the afternoon due to a shell which fell from an unknown location.
6) Aleppo countryside - Safira - Tal Hasel town: helicopters dropped 8 explosive TNT barrels from the morning up until the late afternoon in Safira. Activists reported that the systematic shelling of Safira and also Tal’aran came from Tel Hasel (near to Neiran military airport and Neirab refugee camp; areas in which there are hundreds of shabeeha [regime paid militia]).

• Cases of gunfire:
1) Karm al-Jabal: violent clashes took place at dawn between the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Assad’s militia.
2) Mayadan: clashes took place between the FSA and Assad’s militia at dawn around the agricultural building.
3) Old Aleppo - Umawee mosque: violent clashes took place at dawn around the mosque between freedom fighters and Assad’s militia.
4) Bustan al-Qasr: clashes took place between revolutionaries and Assad’s militia in the morning at the Garage crossing.
5) Brigade 80: clashes took place between freedom fighters and Assad’s militia, Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard from the morning up until the afternoon.
6) Aleppo: violent clashes took place between the FSA and Assad’s militia in the afternoon around the traffic branch, the municipal palace and the northern command area.
7) New Aleppo: there was heavy gunfire in the neighbourhood, thought to be due to the arrival of killed bodies of Assad’s militia, who were going to be buried in the Bi’ah [environmental] society.

• Martyrs:
9 martyrs fell, including one whom was killed under torture.
*Civilians who were killed by regime forces:
1) Yahya Fallaha, 35 years from Qadee Askar, was killed by an artillery shell that fell on a residential house in the neighbourhood.
2) Aaref Nabhan from Aleppo, a first assistant, was killed under torture in Seidnaya prison after he was arrested over 2 years ago for attempting to defect.
*Members of the FSA who were killed in clashes with regime forces:
3) Muhammad Kanjo Zaghnoun Bin Fa’ez, 20 years from Zibdiyeh, was killed during clashes with the regime around Brigade 80.
4) Zein al-Abideen Bakree Hidal from Marjeh was killed during clashes with the regime on the front of Old Aleppo.
5) Abdulrahman Muhammad al-Salem from Injaren in Aleppo countryside was killed in Rashideen 11/11/2013.
6) Abdulhadi Muhammad al-Uthman from Al-Bab in rural Aleppo was killed around Brigade 80.
7) Umar Adel Najjar, 27 years from Sahara, was killed in Khaldiyeh.
8) Ahmad Bin Hasan Habo from Ikhtarein in Aleppo countryside was killed in Naqareen in Aleppo.
9) Muhammad Abdulnaser Hallaq from Tareeq al-Bab was killed in Naqareen.

*Martyrs killed by armed persons not from the regime:
-Ashour Najjar, 26 years from Leiramoun, a civilian, was killed by unknown gunfire near one of the checkpoints in Aleppo northern countryside.
-An unknown martyr from Aleppo was found killed in the industrial city Sana’iya the 3rd in Aleppo. Doctors reported that his death was caused by beatings of the skull with a heavy object (a stone), which fractured the skull and lead to his death.
-Muhammad Fares Marroush, 38 years from Hreitan in Aleppo countryside, a member of the FSA, was killed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. After he was injured in Anqareen battle in Aleppo, he was brought to an operation room and began saying some phrases echoed by Shiite fighters loyal to the regime in the battle while under the influence of anaesthetic. It was then that he was killed.
*Martyrs from other provinces:
-Abdullah al-Khateeb (Daraa, Kafr Shams), a defected military, was killed during clashes around Brigade 80 in Aleppo.
*Documented:
-Ahmad Fistoq from Mayadan in Aleppo, who was mentally ill, was sniped. He was documented as unidentified on 30/10/2013 and his body was recovered yesterday by the Red Crescent.
-Ahmad Abdulghani Ramadan from Aleppo was found shot in the head in Zaqi’ah area between Sakhour roundabout and Mayadan. His body was recovered 16/04/2013 and it should be noted that he had been detained.

• Arrests:
1) Hamdaniyeh: a young man was arrested in the morning for unknown reasons from a city bus at Mashtal Park checkpoint in the first quarter of the neighbourhood.

• Miscellaneous:
1) Masakin Hanano: activists reported that the house of calligrapher Jum’ah Mousa (Marah Press) was raided by an armed group of 9 people who beat him and then took him to an unknown destination Tuesday evening. This comes days after the abduction of the media activist Abdulwahab Mala from his house in Masakin Hanano. Activists demand from the revolutionary military and the judicial authorities to assume their responsibility and protect reporters, especially after the escalating violences against them in the liberated areas.
2) Aleppo: a number of brigades and battalions from the FSA announced a call of duty in Aleppo and its countryside, calling for the major military factions of the revolution, the most prominent being the Tawheed brigade, Jabhet al-Nusra and Ahrar Ash-Sham, in the light of Assad’s militia trying to advance towards the liberated areas in Aleppo from the eastern side.
*Statement issued by Al-Izza Bil-Lah brigade in Aleppo (part of the Islam army) on a call of duty in Aleppo province on the frontlines.
*Statement directed to the frontlines from Suqur Ash-Sham advocating a call of duty for all freedom fighter factions to unite.
*Statement from Aqsa brigade announcing its participation in the call of duty in Aleppo and its countryside:
*Aleppo: the head of the organisation Ahrar al-Zawiya announced a call of duty to all of its fighters on the frontline in Aleppo and its countryside. It also announces its accession to the shared operations room in Aleppo and its countryside and calls for all military factions to unite and affirms that the enemy is one and the aim is one.
3) Aleppo - Garage crossing checkpoint: the sharia council announces the closing of Bustan al-Qasr crossing for pedestrians and goods for good for security reaons. This decision will be applied Wednesday morning 13/11/2013.
-The road leading to Bustan al-Qasr was closed at Jisr al-Haj and civilians and cars were prevented from crossing.
4) Aleppo: electricity gradually returned to most districts of eastern Aleppo and the districts of Old Aleppo, including Qadee Askar, Aqyool, Bab al-Hadeed, Bab al-Nasr and Jdaideh, where electricity had been continuously cut off for more than 6 days.
5) The Turkish-Syrian border - Kalles crossing: the governor of free Aleppo, engineer Muhammad Yahya Na’naa met with the Kalles crossing directorate from the Turkish side, with the aim of easing traffic and improving the performance. The response was positive.
